Alright! this episode we are going to be talking all about emotions coming up to an event. What its like to prep and how we do emotionally and how we've grown even. Along with that we admit that covid is in fact real and Matt wears a turtleneck. 

In this episode we are diving into our thanksgivings and all the fun there is with covid, but also talking about when to say no or when you need to pull the plug on something. Its a huge part of the process of ministry and a lot of us have a hard time with having support, knowing how to give support to our teams, and knowing when its time to say no. Thats why we talk about it!

Chip, the director of Intern Academy, is known pretty well in our circles as a thought leader on the subject of training up interns to go and champion healthy ministries and this episode is a great way to hear about what Intern Academy is about as well as what its like to be a part of making new leaders!

Angie is on with us this week to talk about splitting her group and how it can be as a pastor trying to figure out how to give both kinds of students the best ministry. We talk strategy on how to work with those who are new to faith along with those who want to go deep and how we can do life together while bringing them all closer to God. We aren't experts, but its really cool to think through things together! So, come hang with us!
