  • Client Interview: Personal Trainer (M)akes $15K In 45 Days

Client Interview: Personal Trainer Makes $15K In 45 Days, 09/22/2021

Guest host: Online Fitness Coach Patrice Murphy @curvesandgains on Instagram

This podcast is the perfect place for women health and fitness CEOs to use their stories and create a high-ticket program launching on social media and scale to 100K. Training clients in person, overworking, and being underpaid, now it is time to go to five figures a month. In this episode host, Harry King Holmes talks to Miss Patrice. She shares her experience since joining the FDA and working alongside Harry and everybody else in the FEA.

    Episode Highlights:

    • Patrice was struggling with her business, and she met Harry in July. She had been in business for 51/2 years and had achieved some success. But COVID really made it a challenge for her to continue with her business.

    • At first, Patrice did not expect such a supportive and understating group when she came to the FEA. But her mindset changed soon.

    • The good part about Patrice is that even though she has been in the business for five-plus years, she realized that there is more to learn. When she came in the FEA, she came with the mindset of actually being coachable,

    • The entire experience has been life-changing for Patrice, and it has brought a better part of her. It is not that Patrice has never been in any program before, but nothing to this extent.

    • Patrice talks about her experience like what she did. How many clients she signed? etc.

    • Patrice got in a program on the 8th of July, and from the 8th of July till 8th of August, she brought in nine people from the program.

    • Keep in mind everybody who listening Patrice got on her first call and did not get the sale, but Harry knew Patrice was different. She texted Harry and conveyed that she was not discouraged.

    • You are not always going to get the person to sign up for your program, but as an entrepreneur you always want to have that mindset as what did I learn from this? What data can I take from that call that I can implement into my business so I can do better than next time?

    • Harry is super proud that God allowed him to cross paths with Patrice. He is also very proud of the success achieved by Patrice.
    • Harry asks Patrice, what would you tell people who are watching and listening and are on the fence about joining the FEA?
    • Patrice recommends listeners stop overthinking it, get two or three clients, and stop believing in yourself.
    • In the FEA, ladies are empowering one another. But everybody has to come through Harry first. If they are not going to do that, they will not get in because he can’t sacrifice the morality of these other ladies.
    • Patrice has been in network marketing; she has also been involved in sales. She has done a lot of stuff earlier, but FEA is really different. The whole thing from Harry all the way down, each person’s energy is different and very helpful.

  • (M)onetizing Instagram Has Never Been This Easy For Online Trainers

Let me know if I’m wrong but…

Spending hours on Instagram and not making any sales.

Sure, you posted a workout video but it didn’t communicate how valuable your knowledge and skills as a trainer/coach and how your program is able to get your clients amazing results.

Not to mention, you communicated with 0 warm prospects and 0 cold prospects became aware of your Instagram account.

On top of that, you engaged with 0% of your ideal customer on Instagram. (Even tho they probably watch your story all week long).

If this sounds like something you did this week then you’re not monetizing IG to it’s fullest potential.

Let’s get you together real quick 👏🏽

Step 1: change your objective about IG when you open your app.

If you have a fitness business then your #1 objective should be to help your ideal customer with their health and fitness through your content.

Step 2: create a list of 3-5 tasks you should be completing everyday on IG.

This will help you eliminate getting distracted from seeing other people monetizing IG and you fall victim to the crossfire of their monetization.

Step 3: pick 1-2 people on IG that you want to consistently consume content from. When you are consuming content from multiple coaches and influencers then you get confused.

One coach is telling you to do one thing and the other is telling you to do another. As humans, when we are confused then we do absolutely nothing.

Me personally, I still consume content on IG from my coach even tho I’m in her upper echelon program.

Ask yourself this question: Will confusion and not making a decision allow me to scale my fitness business to $100K+?

After you answer that question here’s what you can do—> Check out this podcast episode if you are looking to monetize IG using a high ticket coaching model for your fitness business.

  • Why Niching Down Is Vital To Your (M)ission

Why Niching Down Is Vital To Your (M)ission, 09/07/2021

This podcast is the perfect place for women health and fitness CEOs to use their stories and create a high-ticket program launching on social media and scale to 100K. Training clients in person, overworking, and being underpaid, now it is time to go to five figures a month. In this episode host, Harry King Holmes is going to talk about why niching down is vital to your mission?

    Episode Highlights:

    • If you are looking to get your health and fitness business audited, go to application.harrykinghomes.com; complete your application, book your call and get your fitness business audited. No longer will you be sitting at four figures a month.

    • “I am listening or watching to understand my niche market to fully commit to my mission,” Harry asks listeners to repeat the line after him to get encouraged.

    • As a trainer or coach, if you are training or helping clients. You are doing what you need to do, and this is your passion. You feel that you are 100% fulfilling your mission. You feel like it is your mission to help everybody or your mission to help all types of women. So, with that being said, you open up your business to everybody like you could help all kinds of women.

    • The people whom you know if they want somebody to speak to if they need to get some advice on certain situations, relationships, whatever the case may be. They need something; they need a ride to LAX, arrive at O’Hare. As a coach, everybody is called when they need something, and you are a natural giver, and it is not a bad characteristic to have at all, says Harry.

    • But you are giving so much and not receiving enough in return. Harry is not just talking about finance. He means physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a coach, you have given a lot, and you are not getting enough in return, and you feel an emptiness. That is not healthy. It’s not even good for your mental health or your financial health, or your spiritual health.

    • Harry says for different clients when you start creating all types of customized programs and then not even following the customized program that you spent hours creating and if you are not charging enough for it. From a professional standpoint, you are giving to everybody and not getting enough in return.

    • Harry explains how the ideal customer that fits within your niche is the old you.

    • A lot of people think that niching down means that you are leaving money on the table. You are nice when establishing yourself as an expert with this type of person that delivers this type of result. That makes sense, guys, and Harry is going to show you how when you niche down here, the audience will decrease, but the engagement in the audience will increase.

    • Thinking that one person and
