Lee is famously known for competing the Murph workout 16 times in 24 hours. The CrossFit Murph workout itself consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run, all done consecutively. The most challenging part of the Murph WOD is the sheer volume and length of the workout.By doing this workout 16 times within 24 hours, Lee broke a world record! We get into the details about his training beforehand, his mindset, nutrition, and his goals for the future. Lee has a very cool outlook on life and he is a very inspiring person.
