The Made To Brave Show

"My name is Heather, and I am a lesbian."

That is how Heather introduced herself at her parents' church. She expected a reaction. Instead, she was welcomed.

Heather wasn't looking to meet Jesus that night, or the following nights, but He had been waiting for her. After years of living as an independent woman, a lesbian, and a survivor, Heather found the One who could fill the hole in her heart and she has turned to Him wholeheartedly in her ministry as the "tattooed revivalist."

Today we get to hear her story from the beginning. How she was born fatherless, to life in the military, to navigating relationships as a lesbian woman. And finally, her encounter that became the start of a life-long relationship with Jesus as her messiah.
