883: The Magic of Self-Confidence With Camellia Chan

Camellia Chan is the founder and CEO of Flexxon where she oversees the company’s business development and growth, industry partnerships, and expansion to regional and global markets.  She started the company in 2007, and it has since grown into an international business with a presence in over 50 cities. Headquartered in Singapore, the well-known innovation hub serves as the home-base for our research and development lab, manufacturing centre and corporate headquarters. Flexxon continues to expand its reach through the establishment of satellite offices, while growing its network of commercial partners worldwide.  Camellia's passion lies in innovation and entrepreneurship, driving her to establish the critical building blocks of Flexxon’s brand and business in its early years. With that strong foundation, her focus now is to continue driving Flexxon onwards and upwards by constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation and giving back to the community through my experience. 

Camellia shares how she was able to unlock the magic of self-confidence to realize her true potential to be the successful entrepreneur that she is today in a male dominated industry.  She is also part of the USPAACC WISE, a program intended for AAPI Women that would strategically address core issues and create lasting impact in their professional and personal lives, thus empowering and uplifting them in creating and choosing their own personal choices.
