Ramez Hanna is a senior engineering leader and leadership coach who enjoys driving business results. He is an avid advocate for servant leadership, too! He has worked at many companies as an Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, and later as Director of Engineering. Through that exposure to people at different levels of organizations, he recognized the need for coaching, not only for other managers but also for himself. He then trained in a method called integral coaching and helped people grow within tech and, more recently, outside tech as well.
