There are so many different opinions out there on what we should and shouldn't include in our Instagram Bios. Coming from the marketing world, I want to share with you the five biggest Instagram Bio mistakes I often see and that make me cringe.
But, before you hit the play button, I just want to tell you a few things: Please don't get your feelings hurt if I point out something that you're doing! Again, there is a lot of advice out there and if you don't have a marketing background, how would you know? It's okay to edit your bio and fine-tune it as you go!
You don't have to have everything figured out in order to get started.
So with that said, today's episode covers the following:
Remember: It's okay to edit and rework your bio and fine-tune it as you go. You're going to evolve and so will your bio.

In our third part of our 3-part series of lessons from Abraham Hicks, we are covering the positive mindset: Everything is working out for me! Do you believe that everything is working out for you or does it not feel to be true? Be honest with yourself.
Setbacks, failure, disappointment, rejection, that is all feedback. It is critically important for you to know which direction you desire the most. Without it, we don't grow. We need the down moments; we need the frustration to move us in the direction we're supposed to be going in.
So, when things don't feel good, it reminds us that we need to get back to our inner source. If it doesn't feel good for our soul, we know we're out of alignment. This is really the easiest measure of whether or not you are in a place where you need to be.
In today's podcast, you will hear:
"It all works out in the end and if it hasn't worked out yet, you're not at the end yet." - Lewis Howes

This week we are looking at worthiness in my 3-part series of Lessons from Abraham Hicks. (If you haven't heard part one "The blessing of negative emotions", make sure to go back and listen in).
I've been working on feeling worthy of the things I have over the past couple of months. I have an amazing life. I have the life I have designed for myself. Yet, I often found myself feeling like I had to prove that I was worthy of all of it.
We admire people that work really hard. We admire people that have a really hard work ethic and if they work harder than the rest of us, somehow they're better than us.
We should all have our goals. But, if you're struggling and doing it to prove you're worthy instead of doing it because it lights you up and gets you excited then you're doing it the hard way.
This episode covers:
Remember: To get what you want is to know you're already worth it.

We will look at:
Over the next couple of weeks, I'm going to dig into different topics, and some really fun lessons from Abraham Hicks! I hope you will join me!
Whenever you're feeling a negative emotion it's because you're out of alignment with what your inner source knows to be true and those can be great teaching moments for you.

Are you struggling with your habits?
What are habits?
Habits are an efficient use of your energy. The faster you can turn your desired activities into a habit, the less energy you put into convincing yourself to do things, and the more automated your life becomes in the direction of your goals. But creating or keeping your habits can be challenging at times.
In today's episode, I want to share with you my 3 Habit Hacks that have helped me master my day.
This episode covers:
Remember: Oftentimes, our beliefs get in the way of believing things are possible. Be open to trying things in new ways!

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year because it's like a little mini-January. It's back to school time. It's a fresh start for all of us. We get back to school clothes for our kids, buy new, fresh notebooks, pencils, etc. For us entrepreneurs, it's an opportunity to reset goals. It's the final quarter of the year and an opportunity to say, what we want to accomplish between now and the end of the year.

Let's not torture ourselves by trying to hit our next goal or punish ourselves for what we didn't do over the summer. Or get upset about what we haven't accomplished so far. Instead, let's focus on the here and now! Look at what you'd like to accomplish between now and the end of the year!
Here are four things to think about as you set goals:
