In this episode Eric interviews Omar Martinez from Silver Diner in Gaithersburg Maryland. Born in El Salvador, Omar came to the US as a civil war refugee during his teen years to embark upon a spectacular career with Silver Diner, a very popular restaurant chain local to the DC metro area. Omar began his career as a dishwasher and has since ascended to an executive position and to hold ownership in this growing local company.
