If you have watched this channel, especially my live videos you know the name “Wolfgang Wohrle.” Wolfgang is a German composer who recently had his largest quarterly PRO quarter with BMI directly and only from sync licensing.

But Wolfgang didn’t go viral. He didn’t have a hit song. He spent years writing production music, starting in stock music libraries, got discovered by a BMG library, and now almost exactly 5 years later, his PRO royalties exceeded $50,000 in a single quarter.
