Question yourself. Play “devil’s advocate” with your mind and how you’re thinking. Write it down if you have to! Is there evidence to support your negative thoughts and emotions? What triggered these emotional responses?
Keep a daily “Wins & Gratitudes” journal. I keep mine in a little flip book and list 3 wins and 5 gratitudes each morning. This helps me see the small wins that compound each day and helps me stay in a growth mindset headspace.
Seek professional help! One of the best things I did was go to therapy, and find the right type of therapy for you!
Reframe what it means to be an expert in your field - Experts are ALWAYS learning!
Pay attention to who you surround yourself with. Pick and choose your role models and influences. Educate yourself, exercise your voice, and never stop learning.
