Meet authors Nicholaos Kehagias and Coach Robert Shegog as they discuss their book “Wrestling with the Truth.” 

This biography tells of Shegog’s experience living with HIV as a closeted gay man in the 1980s and 90s, while coaching wrestling and teaching students at Phoenix’s North High School. Shegog’s story encompasses topics such as race, sexuality, spirituality, chronic illness, family, love, and touches on current discussions of public health and LGBTQ+ rights.
