The idea first popped about 5 years ago and through careful research, study and blood, sweat and tears the property is now open and serving dogs and their owners. Several thousand square feet under air serve as an off-leash dog park, while a gated, no dog area is the food center focusing on brick-oven pizza. An outdoor area with umbrellas and  misting fans, allows folks to enjoy a meal with their leashed pups. Aside from the nuts and bolts of creating a physical space, Mindy discusses the importance of building a community and supporting the local pet rescues and other small businesses. Weekly music events and seasonal celebrations add to the festivities and have built a loyal and growing fan base.   For a more laid back visit, go in the afternoon and enjoy the oversized leather couches and multiple televisions while your pooch gets their scurry on. Vaccinated, well-behaved dogs are welcome to visit Boo’s Dog Bar with their parents of course. Here’s their website: https://www.boosdogbar.com/
