Had a very solid day today but boy was it stressful! These are my key takeaways on how we can make these bigger days easier on us.

To be a consistently profitable trader we need to go from one single solid trade to the next. I took a hit in pre-market and made it all back to end the day green. This only happens when your trades are good trades, red or green they need to be good trades.

This is why we MUST stick to the rules! Took a big loss, first red day in over 7 weeks and all because I ignored two of my rules!
