Over the years online we've experienced spammy tactics and copy/paste options in the DMs - we DON'T want to be those people. But as the market has shifted, more people want access to information without having to hop on a call. As moms, video sales calls really aren't conducive for our lives either, so selling in the DMs has become a crucial skill set for us to have as mommy business owners. When approaching the DMs it is important that we do it in a way that feels good to everyone involved, and that starts with knowing the different types of conversations and how to approach them effectively.
