Just when Holmes concludes that St. Clair has met a tragic end, the man's wife produces proof that her husband is still alive. There, they confront the mysterious beggar, Hugh Boone and make a shocking discovery. But as the mystery surrounding St. Clair’s disappearance unravels, Sherlock is faced with a moral dilemma…
