When it comes to manifestation and creation, our desires are a vital part of the creation process.

A lot of people think that desires are egotistical, or that, in order to become truly happy, you have to let go of your desires.

But that's not true.

Our desires are our guiding lights when it comes to creation.

Our desires let us see where we can grow, expand and add to everything that is.

And that might be a little bit hard for people to get, because desires are often coupled with being egotistical.

But there is a difference between soul desires and ego desires.

Soul desires are desires that are coming from deep within.

They often have to do with creativity, purpose, personal growth, connection and expressing yourself.

Ego desires often come from a place of lack.

"I HAVE to have this thing, because if I don't get it, I will be unhappy."

ANY time you are attached to a desire like this, the Universe will intervene by NOT manifesting what you desire.

Attachment is the biggest reason people often don't get what they want.

They grow impatient.

They think they can't be happy if the thing won't show up.

But that is always a lie.

Manifesting is NEVER about getting "the thing" or the money or the soulmate.

It's ALWAYS about the inner journey.

You can only get the money if you align with that wealthy you FIRST.

You can only get the success if you align with your successful self first.

You can only get the soulmate if you are connected to YOUR soul.

NONE of these things will "complete you" OR make you happy.

So why then pursue any of it, you might think?

Well, creation is not really about pursuing things.

It's about finding vibrational alignment with whatever it is you desire. And when the alignment is there, the thing you desire JUST.SHOWS.UP.

It can't NOT show up.

Because you ARE energetically aligned with the frequency of the desire.

And the Universe will always present to you in your life all the things that you are an energetic match with.

And that is also the secret to making a quantum leap when it comes to manifesting what you want.

Because most people feel the desire.

And the desire is an indication for what your soul wants to align with on an energetic level. That's why the human part of you has the desire.

And what most people then do is: they try to take ACTIONS to manifest what they want.

But because you haven't found alignment yet with what you desire, it can't show up yet.

So either you keep taking actions and keep raising your frequency if that feels best OR put your alignment work first and THEN take the actions.

For example, if you want to manifest more money, ask yourself these questions:

How would you FEEL if you would have the money?

How can you practice the feeling of having the money?

What would you have to lose or give up to become that wealthy you?

Who is holding you back when it comes to receiving more money?

Who do you have to let go of when it comes to receiving more money?

What behaviors are no match to being that wealthy you?

And so on.

Practice those thoughts and feelings and imprint them in your energy field every day.

Tell yourself every day:

You are worthy of being rich.

It's easy to receive money.

The money will always show up.

Money is everywhere.

You can generate SO much energy that money will come into your life in abundance.

And so forth.

Commit to the inner journey you have to take in order to become that energetic match. There is no "recipe" or checklist, just our own individual journeys.

I hope you had an amazing New Years Eve. My new years eve was super interesting and definitely NOT boring. I invited some friends and one of them, my dear friend Monica, came up with the plan to do a new years eve ritual.

We all wrote down what we wanted to let go and threw that in the fire before 12 o clock.

Then after 12 o clock, after all the fireworks and the best wishes, we shared what we wanted to manifest in 2019. We also wrote that down and threw it in the fire.

Surrendered it to the higher power.

It felt SO good to do this.

It felt so good to share it and solidify it.

I hope we make this a yearly ritual.

I already felt a deep shift happening in the last couple of weeks, and now I feel even more changes are coming.

I am super curious to see what 2019 is going to bring us.

I feel there is SO much possible.

It becomes easier and easier to generate energy and USE that energy to create an energetic forcefield that helps you break with things that aren't serving you anymore and allowing things that DO add SO much value to your life and the lives of the people around you.

The time is really right for us to create everything we want and everything we are meant to be.

So what is it that you want for this year?

Love?

Creativity?

Connection?

Opening up your heart?

Feeling more deserving?

More self-expression?

Being seen and heard for who you really are?

Everything you want is already there for you in the unseen.

Maybe you can't SEE it now, but you can tap into it energetically.

ALL you have to do is set the intention to do that.

Do you notice that energetic shift?

That is the frequency changing.

Keep aligning with that frequency as often as you can.

Relax in that frequency.

Know that you don't have to figure out HOW what you want comes into your life. Because the Universe does only ONE thing and that is reacting to your energy field. You ARE the Universe. You ARE the creator of your reality.

So if you raise your energy and keep aligning with that energy, then it WILL come.

BUT .... (Yup, there it is.)

The thing is this: There is no empty space. A vacuum will always be filled up.

If you are not consciously asking, random shit that shows up.

And if you ARE consciously asking for new stuff, you have to release the old.

You have to say goodbye to:

Old behavior that doesn't serve you anymore and isn't aligned with the energy you want to shift into.

People that are not resonating on that frequency.

Thought and beliefs that aren't aligned with what you want to create.

And everything else that is NOT aligned with where you want to go.

But most of the time we don't KNOW what is not aligned AND we are scared to look at it.

Because letting go can be SO hard.

You don't want to hurt anybody.

You might think you are being super spoiled and unreasonable because you might already have a pretty good life. Who are YOU to ask for MORE?

Who are YOU to let people step up their energetic game for you?

And you don't want to deal with the judgments of people that are affected by you asking for MORE.

It's hard for people if you change. They might not get it, and they might project that frustration onto you, and you have to accept that and just let it be and NOT try to fix it for them.

OR .... even worse .... They let go of your desires again because it just feels TO.DAMN.HARD.

But that IS what most people do.

They ask for what they want.

The Universe shows them what it will take.

Brings situations on their path that will raise their vibration (Most of the time in the form of a challenge or contrast.)

1. I am going back to basics.

The first 2,5 years of my business where EPIC. My income grew every month. I made quantum leaps.

But as SOON as I try to become a "serious entrepreneur" things got stale, and I lost the fun & flow little by little.

I try to do SO many things, that weren't really working. Because what I couldn't see back then was this: what made me the most money is me, creating content and just helping people to GET this reality creation game.

So, this was a year of letting go and falling in love with my own business again.

I REALLY learned that Money DOES follow joy. If the joy is out of your business, the money diminishes too.

I am at a GREAT place again right now.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my business and my clients again, and I think people also feel this.

I just focus on creating amazing content and helping people, and it just FLOWS again.

2. And the second lesson: Forgive yourself if you mess up. You can ALWAYS start over.

What I REALLY had to learn is this: Sometimes we just mess up.

I felt SO bad about the rough time I had.

I felt I really let people down — especially my team and my clients.

I felt I had to know it all because I taught other entrepreneurs about doing business the aligned way and I even TEACH people about doing business from fun & flow.

But then I learned that every business owner goes through challenging phases. I had to own that and change whatever needed to be changed and just keep putting one foot in front of another.

And I DID forgive myself. I have only been a business owner for a little over 4 years. And I have already done SO well.

Now I am SUPER proud as I look back over the past 18 months. Now I know why most businesses fail. It's SO hard to keep focused on where you want to go and NOT be focussed on what you DON'T want to create and the contrast.

It's just like Abraham Hicks says: "Never face reality unless your reality is exactly what you want it to be."

And my reality was NOT what I wanted it to be. And it ONLY changed when I took my focus of what I NOT wanted and started aligning again with the life I DO want to create.

From that moment it all got better.

I got the courage to took some hard decisions.

I opened up and asked for help, and that opened up my heart BIG time.

I started writing my blogs and creating my content in English.

And I let go of some strategic stuff I thought I needed to do, but that didn't make me happy (And therefore didn't make me any money.)

3. You can't please everybody.

I have done a LOT of stuff this past year because I didn't want to let people down — both in my business as in my private life.

And in the end, I learned, that most of the time I then let MYSELF down.

So I learned to stick up for myself more.

Just speak up if something is bothering me.

Just ask for what I want and need.

I learned that it is NOT my job to take care of everyone. That is SO hard because I DO want everyone to be happy and I HATE it when people are mad at me or disappointed in me.

But in the end, if there is no business,

My house manager is going to organize the house this week, so I can keep on creating and writing and just doing what I LOVE to do.

A couple of years ago I would have found it SO difficult to receive that help.

But now .... I LOVE to receive.

I LOVE receiving help.

I LOVE receiving guidance from the Universe.

I LOVE receiving all these wonderful people in my life.

I LOVE receiving money haha.

A couple of years ago I WANTED to receive, but it was SO hard for me.

I felt guilty constantly.

I worked SO hard (in advance) to "pay people back."

And I was SO scared that I never could repay people, so I tried to do everything by myself.

Now that is different, THANK GOD.

It's so great to have amazing co-creators in your life.

Beautiful people who love you just as much as you love them.

It's SO great to live a more relaxed life.

And ... don't get me wrong, with relaxed I don't mean "doing nothing."

I LOVE to create. I am not really the type of person who sits by the pool all day long haha. Well, sometimes, but after an hour or so ALL this inspiration comes bubbling up again, and I just want my laptop haha.

But you know what?

There was a time, just a couple of years ago that I wanted nothing more than JUST be on my laptop, just write, just connect with people and make a living doing this.

And now this is my reality.

I created it.

Well, it DID took something haha. But it's NOT what most people think it takes.

Most people think it takes hard work, sacrifice, and doing all kinds of business stuff that just isn't aligned.

But that's not it.

So what DOES it take?

It takes alignment.

It takes the courage to express your deepest desires and to start living from SOUL.

It takes diving into your passion and why you are HERE. Because if you do work that is 100% Soul aligned it NEVER feels like work. I WANT to write now. I HAVE to write. Although I already been on my feet for 14 hours and have been moving house all that time.

I want it because it fuels my Soul.

AND it serves my business and my clients too. So how cool is that?

But you know, most people won't invest in a program like Relax, Release, Receive, where you learn EXACTLY how to do that.

I see it every day.

People are looking around. "Where is that magic bullet? Where is THE solution that brings my business and my money flow to that next level?"

And they invest in yet another strategic course. Or yet another sales program. Or another marketing program.

People often don't see the link between spiritual development and alignment and creating MASSIVE success in their business.

And don't get me wrong. I have been there too. Even though I KNOW how important alignment and soulwork is. I invested in a strategic marketing coach last year. And I invested a LOT of money! More than 30 times the amount what your investment is for the program Brigitte and I are doing.

But I found it SO hard to make the return on investment I was hoping it would bring me.

He developed marketing technique after marketing technique and implementing a couple of those techniques didn't really DO that much for my business. AND what hurt the most was that it took me away from my SOUL work: writing and creating and teaching people about Reality Creation.

But after I spent a little more time with him, I saw WHY he is so successful.

He LOVES what he does. Developing and implementing new marketing techniques IS his Souls passion.

When I look back a couple of years back in my life, I didn't share a lot of things with people.

I was always holding myself back.

I was constantly living with a mask, afraid that if people would see who I truly am, that everyone would run away.

The last couple of years I have been practicing with being more open.

Of course, in my blogs.

But also in my personal relationships.

I am wondering how that is for you.

Because every time I open up to someone about how I REALLY feel and what I REALLY think, 2 things happen:

A part of me feels FREE and proud. It's like: "This is who I am. This is ALL of me. I am NOT hiding anymore. I am not running away anymore. It doesn't matter if you agree with me or want the same things, but at least I am sharing my thoughts and desires."

And my heart opens.

And I connect to myself a little more.

And my connection to life deepens.

And also to the other person.

And then the other part of me feels SUPER vulnerable.

The other half of me is SO afraid to be rejected.

The other half of me just can't handle the pain of being rejected.

It just doesn't want to experience that pain yet AGAIN.

And of course, it's not a rejection of ME.

It's always something they can't yet experience in themselves. It's something that they aren't willing to choose or be (yet or ever), and that hasn't really got anything to do with me.

You can never depend on ONE person to get what you want. It's just not how it works.

You can have ALL the clients, ALL the love, ALL the attention, ALL the sex, ALL the whatever you want and whatever you desire.

But you can't FORCE it to happen with ONE specific person.

There is always a client who DOES want to work with you and who can't WAIT to work with you and is over the moon excited.

There is always a lover that is just as crazy about you as you are for him or here.

There is always a friend who wants the EXACT same thing as you.

The ONLY thing you have to do is realign.

YOU have been honest. That's ALL you have to do.

It's JUST a matter of time. That's ALL it is, before the right person or people come into your life who DO want what you want.

You are going through a BIG shift.

And as long as you are still in the middle of that shift, some people may cross your path who are not yet SOUL aligned people.

Maybe they BECOME Soul aligned people. BUT that can ONLY happen if you are open. If you are fully and completely you.

If you have the guts to share your deepest thoughts and desires.

If there is NOTHING that you are holding back.

Because how the hell can they decide if they love you as much as you love them?

And yes, that might be scary as hell.

Because they might NOT love you as much.

And they might say it.

And that might hurt you.

And it might take you a bit to heal your heart again and open up again.

But you know what?

If they love the "fake" you, they will NEVER love the REAL you!

If they fall in love with the fake you, they will leave you as soon as you decide it's time to become YOU.

And that will hurt even MORE.

If people get in a relationship with you if it's not really YOU they are getting, it feels that you can never ever give enough.

It feels like you are always giving and giving and never get anything back.

When I look back a couple of years back in my life, I didn't share a lot of things with people.

I was always holding myself back.

I was constantly living with a mask, afraid that if people would see who I truly am, that everyone would run away.

The last couple of years I have been practicing with being more open.

Of course, in my blogs.

But also in my personal relationships.

I am wondering how that is for you.

Because every time I open up to someone about how I REALLY feel and what I REALLY think, 2 things happen:

A part of me feels FREE and proud. It's like: "This is who I am. This is ALL of me. I am NOT hiding anymore. I am not running away anymore. It doesn't matter if you agree with me or want the same things, but at least I am sharing my thoughts and desires."

And my heart opens.

And I connect to myself a little more.

And my connection to life deepens.

And also to the other person.

And then the other part of me feels SUPER vulnerable.

The other half of me is SO afraid to be rejected.

The other half of me just can't handle the pain of being rejected.

It just doesn't want to experience that pain yet AGAIN.

And of course, it's not a rejection of ME.

It's always something they can't yet experience in themselves. It's something that they aren't willing to choose or be (yet or ever), and that hasn't really got anything to do with me.

You can never depend on ONE person to get what you want. It's just not how it works.

You can have ALL the clients, ALL the love, ALL the attention, ALL the sex, ALL the whatever you want and whatever you desire.

But you can't FORCE it to happen with ONE specific person.

There is always a client who DOES want to work with you and who can't WAIT to work with you and is over the moon excited.

There is always a lover that is just as crazy about you as you are for him or here.

There is always a friend who wants the EXACT same thing as you.

The ONLY thing you have to do is realign.

YOU have been honest. That's ALL you have to do.

It's JUST a matter of time. That's ALL it is, before the right person or people come into your life who DO want what you want.

You are going through a BIG shift.

And as long as you are still in the middle of that shift, some people may cross your path who are not yet SOUL aligned people.

Maybe they BECOME Soul aligned people. BUT that can ONLY happen if you are open. If you are fully and completely you.

If you have the guts to share your deepest thoughts and desires.

If there is NOTHING that you are holding back.

Because how the hell can they decide if they love you as much as you love them?

And yes, that might be scary as hell.

Because they might NOT love you as much.

And they might say it.

And that might hurt you.

And it might take you a bit to heal your heart again and open up again.

But you know what?
