This past weekend was the full moon, and energetically, the full moon is the most powerful of all lunar phases. Many of us feel called to do moon rituals during this time, but do you know why you're doing them? Today we are talking about shadow work. This is not the first time I’ve mentioned shadow work, and it certainly wont be the last. Why? Because shadow work is such an important part of manifestation, and as I’ve said, you can’t walk around happy all the time or always vibrate at a high frequency. We are here to experience all of the emotions, the full spectrum, and that includes allowing ourselves to feel some of the lowest frequency emotions, such as shame, guilt, anger, resentment, and jealousy. The idea is how to DEAL with these emotions, not how to AVOID them.

You are here to evolve and that comes through challenges. We have to change our perspective and hold that perspective in the face of challenges. Despite time and logic, and how things “should” work, our manifestations will come to us if we are holding this elevated way of navigating things. Things don’t become easier, our circumstances stay the same, but the way we chose to perceive and react to those circumstances is what changes and evolves. It’s so important to remember the quote, “Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional”

So, remember that emotions are energy, and cannot be destroyed, only converted from one form to another. So, when emotions cause stress, I’m going to help you shift that energy to vibrate higher so that it can transform into freedom. And this is precisely what shadow work is… allowing your shadows to rise! Operating daily from your light, not from your shadows.

Today I get speak with a successful fellow teacher of manifestation, Katie J of the Womanifestor podcast! We had a really great conversation about our experiences and our journeys, and of course, the pillars of manifestation.  We also talk about the power of 1-1 coaching!

Anne Dennish is a writer and author who inspires people to live their best lives!  In today's episode, I enjoyed speaking with her about revelations, the importance of putting yourself first, and loving yourself!

As a breast cancer survivor, she was determined to do something positive with it and help others.  She still finds time to mentor other women and their families battling this disease.  You must not get stuck in being in care-giver mode for other people, though.  Even with 5 kids, she learned it's not selfish to be selfish!  And when you have desires that you want to manifest, it's important to ask yourself, are you trying to manifest something for yourself, or for someone else's benefit? 

Her mantra is: “Dream big and make it happen!” 

Anything and everything is possible if you have faith in yourself and in your dream.

In today's episode, I speak with Crystal Sun about what it means to live a life of freedom and passion, the importance of maintaining balance, and the power of teamwork. 

It's amazing how others can help you achieve your goals, so when you feel drawn to particular communities or people, you should always trust your intuition that it's leading you in the right direction.  Most of the time, when we let go of our pride, we find that the support of other people and communities actually help us reach our goals faster.  They can also help us maintain balance in our lives, and keep us excited about what lights our soul on fire. So, always follow your passion and be so excited about it that you can't help but draw others in too!  

It's important to work on growth in every area of your life, and if you do then you will be unstoppable.  Be sure to never create resistance around what you want.  Lead with your heart and be fueled by love, always.!
