The one person that you and I are responsible for is us, before we can truly help someone else we must first deal with ourselves. Daily we look in the mirror, whether its to check and make sure we don't have anything in our teeth (Ladies) making sure you hair is how you want it to be. But we look into the mirror because the mirror tell us what is wrong and its up to us to fix it or allow it remain.
