We haven't done one of these in a long time, I'd like to take the time this week to reflect on somethings that have and are taking place in my life. So many times in life we forget to reflect, when we reflect we can make adjustments and remember where God has brought us from and what he's about to or already doing. Join in this week "Time of reflection/changes are happening."
Key Scripture/ Galatians 6:9
Everyone of us have strengths and weaknesses, we may or may not be aware of what they are but they are there. We tend to at times recognize what our strengths are but dismiss our weaknesses. In life rest assured that in our weaknesses in God we are made strong. Join in this week as we talk about "Strength in Weakness."
Key Scriptures/ Romans 8:26, 2 Corinthians 12:9, Psalms 28:7, 2 Corinthians 12:10
In this life we must go through suffering, there's no escaping it. Whether you were born rich or poor and had to grind your way to the top, one must go through some kind of suffering or struggle. In order to reign we must go through hard times and situations in life, through the dirt, hurt, pain, test and trials yet endure to receive the crown of LIFE. Join in this week "Suffer-reign."

Pleased and pleasing others takes place in life, in relationships, friendships, politics, religion, stardom and so on. We can even ourselves be guilty of seeking to please our self. The importance of pleasing God outweighs all of the former mentioned, as we approach the day of the Lords return we must be prepared and aware to do what we must to not seek to please others but to please God. Join in this week "Who am I Pleasing?"
Key Scriptures/Philippians 2:13, Hebrews 11:6, Romans 8:6, Proverbs 16:7, Psalms 19:14, Romans 14:17-19
This is the top of the year and so many have goals and resolutions that they desire to reach and attain before the end of the year. Some are "in their bag" or chasing the bag. This hit me hard... Am I in my bag or in his will?
The scripture tells us, "what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and loss his soul." We can get easily caught up in the world and what others are after, but it's so important and NOW IS THE TIME; to be seeking his face and his will. If we seek him first everything else will be added to our lives that's meant to. Join in this week" In my Bag or in his Will?"
Key Scriptures/Luke 9:25, Mark 8:36, 1 Peter 2:15,1 Peter 3:17, Philippians 2:13, Mark 3:35, 1 Thessalonians 4:3
Even the scripture tells us we can't pour new wine into old wine skins. It's pointless, moving fro the old into the new with the old. Doesn't make sense at all, in order to move into the next chapter, season, and year God has prepared for us we must first let go of the old. Old mindset, old habits, old ways, as the old saying (pun intended) out with the Old in with the NEW. Join in this week as we prepare to step into the NEW.
Key Scriptures/ Matthew 9:17, Matthew 9:16, Jeremiah 52:33, 2 Corinthians 5:17
We are all given gifts and talents, what we do with them is up to us. Either we use them to give and bring glory to God or to ourselves. It's easy to get caught up in the words of affirmations and awards etc. To be honest that's how Satan(Lucifer) got caught up and cast out of heaven. Christmas is here and gone, the greatest gift given to us and the reason for the season. So how are you using your gift, is it to glorify the one who made it possible for our gifts or is it for the one who desires to separate us from God.
Key Scriptures/ Romans 12:6, Romans 12:1-21, 1 Peter 4:10, 1 Corinthians 12:10,Isaiah 9:6
Simply put, you and I have come too far to Quit. There is still more work to be done. Every day we wake up we still have a mission to complete, we have a life to reach and impact and change. We have opportunities to become better, to live on purpose with purpose. The enemy would have us believe we should give in, no so. Keep pushing, continue to stay the course that God has assigned and equipped you and I for. WE'VE COME TOO FAR TO QUIT!!!
Key Scriptures/Galatians 6:9, Proverbs 23:4, Jeremiah 22:3, 1 Corinthians 16:13, Ecclesiastes 9:11
I get downloads as my dad puts it, or in other words revelations. This past week I was heavily dealt with on the matter of complete surrender to God. It is in total surrendering to God that things begin to shift or change. WhenI (we) continue to try and do things our selves will disable God from doing what he desires to do in our lives; doors can't open, we can't level up, or grow. Surrender and let God do what he does best.
