Shane's story is one that I truly admire. He started as a technician in 2004 and has climbed his way to the top. Leaving the city of Toronto in 2010 to pursue an opportunity in Northern Alberta, it was a gamble that continues to pay off until this day. Shane is a prime sub-contractor to one of Canada's biggest construction/utility companies and performs work on their behalf for two of our country's biggest telecommunication providers. 

Shane has employed family and friends over the last decade, giving them an opportunity to learn the trade and earn a lucrative salary. Sacrifice, dedication and the seizing of opportunity has ultimately allowed him and those close to him to prosper financially. This humble entrepreneur understands (and teaches us) that you can go far by including others and putting trust in those around you. 

In this can episode we discuss his journey, reinvesting money back into his company, opportunities outside of Toronto, and his determination to succeed.
