Burnout is extremely prevalent in modern culture and is something that needs to be addressed on a personal level and maybe even with the help of a trained professional.

In this video Shawn and I discuss how life has been in our 20's. This questions was brought up on a "topics survey" that I had posted on Instagram. Our perspectives aren't perfect and neither is the way we live our lives but we look to give some insight.

Bringing it all the way back to the first days in the gym and how our training and eating has evolved over the years as we have become smarter about the way things are done.
