  • 40. Sexual Healing for Women

The conversation around sexual assault and abuse is very alive right now. Women are angry, grieving, and looking for a path foward towards respect, equality, and a safer world.

I don't have answers for how to eliminate these issues from society. Instead I am sharing some thoughts, tools, and practices for those on a journey of sexual healing and reclamation. We shouldn't have to do this work, and yet, we're here - in these bodies, in this moment in time. How can we take our power, our autonomy, our pleasure, and our liberation into our own hands?

  • 39. Burn It Down to Build Anew: A Personal Share

Today I'm dropping in with a personal share about a death and rebirth cycle I've been moving through. I talk about the imporance of burning away what no longer serves in order to make space for something new to be born.

Most importantly I discuss my understanding of how life force energy can be channelled through us to create magic, beauty, meaning, and evolution if we're willing to follow it's call.

May this conversation call you forward to live a full, audacious, heart-aligned life.

  • 38. The Deeper Teaching of Plants with Travis Cartwright

In this episode, my partner Travis and I explore the deeper teachings of plants; we go beyond seeing them as resources to consume, but rather as living beings we can learn from through careful observation and personal experience.

Travis and I discuss what emerges when we slow down enough to really pay attention to the plant world: how they can invite us into greater awareness, help us process and understand our emotions, and challenge us to grow into greater maturity and presence. Our conversation explores how our relationship with plants can sensitize us to the living world around us and reveal patterns that extend far beyond the individual plant. Through each herb in an opportunity to learn about growth, adaptation, relationship, resilience, and life cycles.

This is a conversation about consciousness, emotional development, nature, and the possibility that plants have much more to teach us than we usually realize. This is a paradigm shift from extraction, to connection and relationship: may it inspire you to engage with plants in a new way!

  • 37. How Move Through An Emotional Low

When life becomes too much we numb. It's a protective response that can offer a sense of relief from emotional or physical intensity, but it comes at a cost. Numbing out is like quick sand - the deeper we go, the deeper we go - and the more likely we are to lose ourselves entirely.

In today's episode I walk you through what to do when you're shutting down; how to honour the needs of your nervous system while ensuring that you are moving towards towards alchemizing your experience rather then spiralling in it.

Work With Me 1:1 in Sanctuary
Sanctuary is a weekly space to attune to your body while creating stability, resiliency and capacity in the nervous system. Together we will work with somatic tools to unpack the stories and experiences that are keeping your stuck in unhealthy patterns and preventing you from becoming the person you want to be. Herbal medicines will be provided to support your healing journey.

This is a space that brings together nervous system resilience, trauma resolution, and embodiment with weekly accountability and herbal support for profound transformation. It is for the person who is committed to their own evolution, expansion and healing.

     Apply for Sanctuary.

  • 36. How to Evolve Through Emotional Alchemy

Emotional alchemy is the process of metabolizing our emotional waves so they can become fuel for growth, awareness, and transformation. In this episode, I go deep into what emotions really are, why they show up, what they’re trying to teach us, and how we can consciously work with them rather than resist them.

I explore how to move through emotional experiences with greater presence and curiosity, and how, when we learn to listen to what our emotions are communicating, they can become powerful catalysts for our evolution.

  • 34. Plant Intelligence with Patrick Kooyman

Welcome to today's episode with Patrick Kooyman of Blue Lotus Ethnobotanical. Together we explore the enchanting world of plant intelligence, and the importance of forming relationships with the plants we work with.

We talk about learning from plants through observation and lived experience, the wisdom held within traditional herbal practices, and the ways modern science is adding to our understanding of plant communication, perception, and intelligence. Rather than placing scientific and traditional perspectives in opposition, we explore how to approach both with curiosity, humility, and respect.

Ultimately, this conversation invites you to consider what a relationship with plants can look like, and how reconnecting with them might change the way we understand herbalism, health, and our place in the living world.

  • 31. Why Are Powerful Women So Triggering?

In this episode, I'm unpacking one of the most complicated dynamics women face: the pressure to stay likable, agreeable, and digestible.

From an early age, many women learn that standing out can come with the consequences of judgment, exclusion, comparison, criticism, and projection. As a result, we learn to shrink ourselves, downplay our accomplishments, soften our opinions, and dim our light to avoid making others uncomfortable.

This conversation will challenge you to think about what it means to take up space, own your success, and support other women without seeing their power as a threat. It's time to stop shrinking and start shining.

Unmasking the Shadow ( 1:1 Somatic Work)
Within every person lives an unexpressed shadow - aspects of the self that have been hidden, rejected and pushed away due to trauma, pain and cultural conditioning. The shadow contains our deepest pain, and, when integrated, has the potential to reveal our greatest gifts, purpose and magic. In Unmasking the Shadow we'll work with somatic (body-based) tools to peel back layers of conditioning and create a space for your wild and authentic self to flourish.  Learn more.
