Today, I attended the retirement party for Officer B.j. Tully. When I was 19 years old, B.J. opened up a door for me in law enforcement and I appreciate that. After 42+ years as a law enforcement officer, B.j. Tully's career has come to an end, but he's not done. His love for children is keeping him in schools as a substitute teacher.
