Michelle Ngome is a marketing strategist, community builder, and advocate for inclusive entrepreneurship. In 2019, she founded the African American Marketing Association (AAMA), a nonprofit dedicated to educating, empowering, and elevating Black marketers, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Culture Summit, both designed to bridge equity gaps in professional development and small business advocacy.
