Great refresher course.

This was a great refresher course, I lived it. This would be great for group reading.

Compassion not Contempt

One of the best books I have invested my time to understand. I spent time rewinding the audible book to cement the idea of compassion. I have read many marriage books over the 26 year of our marriage. This book is one of the first book that focuses on love and compassion. I began studying John Gottman in 2005, then again 2008 and 2015. Gottman includes a love map and love lab. This book goes hand in hand with John Gottman.

Many virtuous lessons learned. I plan to listen to this book again soon. I have seen beautiful results already, our children have been blessed as well.
