A long but positive day. Started with the usual routine with my care PA, had a few really interesting meetings, and ended with a great team catch up. Showing me the importance of team work.

This week has been a slog. There is lots going on at Purple Goat. So today I reflect on the 3 core areas I'm working on, and how I needed to create a bit of headspace to be fully creative and energised going forward
