The final show of the year, Jake and Jon laugh at the Jets for not getting the number one pick and lament the weirdness of the playoffs. The Cure Bowl was better than it had any right to be and the Peach Bowl will be better than either Semi-Final. Gonzaga is just better than everyone else, this is the first time I've been confident enough to call someone National Champion in December. James Harden is acting insane (shocker), Steve Nash is a really good coach and the early part of the NBA season is nuts.

Pittsburgh Knights Valorant tournament interrupted by cheating allegations from Ninja. North American orgs drop their Korean Valorant teams. The College Football Playoff proves their even dumber. The Eagles and Chargers need to BEG their new head coaches to take the job with dump trucks full of money. The NHL stacked their temporary divisions with teams that hate each other's guts.

Riot's changes to the LCS seem pretty good but the changes to the NA Academy and amateur scene are INCREDIBLE. Gonzaga continues to kill themselves in OOC and fans are rewarded because of it. Rob Manfred finally gets something right...possibly just to distract people from the fact that he's killing baseball. 100Thieves vs Sentinels is an even better Valorant rivalry than Sentinels vs TSM. Cloud9 To the Skies should be a fun event. An idiot gets kicked from his team because he said something really dumb and sexist to a pro player.

Valorant First Strike was everything I wanted it to be and more. 100Thieves are the best team in NA and nobody can argue that anymore, they're only going to get better too. Gonzaga-Baylor got cancelled but we still had plenty of good games and a whole lot of good games on the horizon. The Steelers finally lost. The Eagles have a new QB but what is that really going to do? Please don't trade for Harden, Sixers. Cold War season one got delayed but it should still be good. The NHL has stopped screwing around and picked a start date for the season.

I waited so long for Liberty vs Coastal to return with actual stakes and 2020 takes it away at the last minute. Kevin Warren is a terrible commissioner. Can we stop with the Sarah Fuller hate? The NBA isn't playing around with it's first three days of the season. TimtheTatman is getting offers from orgs. The London Royal Ravens get more content creators as investors. New team that nobody has heard of signs 8 year old kid to a fat contract and I don't trust these guys at all.

The SwordArt to TSM deal is FINALLY official but Doublelift still retired. GoldenGlue announced his retirement as well but his next step his already been announced and I like it. The Steelers found a new level of entitled I didn't know was possible(strong language warning), Tom Brady just passed the torch and the Eagles continue to be dumb. College basketball is back and the first two weeks of the season are one long apology for the lost March Madness. First Strike is here and Riot has a plan for the future.

League of Legends Free Agency starts off absolutely insane and a lot of the craziness is on the homefront. Three big NFL storylines that will probably carry for a few more weeks. The UMG First Strike Qualifier field is set and despite the obvious favorites, I still think there could be a few upsets. CDL players are MAD and they're probably going to form a players' union. The NBA's delayed off-season is just as insane as ever. The NHL reveals every team's retro reverse jersey, most of them are at least decent if not amazing. A few of them on the other hand...
