Episode 13 is a laid back episode with Aaron & Matt chatting about the importance of keeping positive through the covid lockdown and things they have both taken from this restricted time. Covid lockdown has been difficult for people in all types of different ways which is why the boys wanted to discuss things they've taken from lockdown which people can implement into their own lives and start doing.

A high energy listen into Zarb and Gamble speak about why its so important to grind through the flat times and to be okay in knowing sometimes something isn't necessary wrong it is just a plateau point that everyone will feel from time to time and don't overthink it. Its important to grind through this period and stick to your hustle game plan and not look for other alternatives to bring you back up - eg ; food, drinking etc. Doing that will only give you a quick fix, its important to focus on the present, be grateful and be positive. 

After an amazing episode last week the energy that was built up from that conversation has shifted the boys mindset to deliver on a deeper level. After now completing 10 episodes, the lads have decided they are heading into season 2 of The Mastered Mindset and delivering nothing but fire content through this episode and for each and every week moving forward. The relaxed and deep conversation between Aaron and Matt gives them the chance to dive even deeper into themselves and find the juice everyone is looking for to resonate into their own lives and ultimately figure out who they are which is the first step to living a present, positive and grateful life.

An episode that went be forgotten, hitting one of the milestones of 10 episodes the boys are joined by the humble Uli Latukefu to tell the listeners about his experiences, his passion and drive to all the amazing things that are in his life. The episode then dives into a deeper level of connection that knowing that if you don't have it all figured out right now, its okay. The energy in the room for this episode is more than words can describe and the stories that are shared on that deep level will connect with people in so many ways. Uli is one of the most humble, genuine and down to earth people you will meet and its the comfort you feel of being in his presence is what has him doing some amazing things in this world.

Episode 9 delivers more of a relaxed conversation with Aaron and Gamble. This episode strolls down memory lane on past experiences in both of their lives that if they made a completely different decision or took the situation differently how it could of shaped them on who they are today and take them down a whole different path. So many people get caught up in their past thoughts/experiences which in fact none of it matters and that goes for anything in the past that was either a positive thing or a negative thing, it's the past and what's done is done. The main focus is the present and how using it to your full advantage will shape your future.

This episode hits another level with both Aaron and Gamble hitting some big energy through the mics on this one. The passion and energy that has come out on this episode is next level. They discuss how knowing your true self and asking yourself some deep questions on who you actually are facing yourself in the mirror brings out so much growth in ones self. Most people go through their lives alive but not living and you can turn this around in an instant if your direct your energy into the universe and trust whatever and wherever your meant to go - the universe will lead you down that path.

Episode 6 brings out a deep conversation about the perception of time and being aware of knowing time on this earth is something not to take for granted. We only have one chance at life and you want to make sure every second on this earth counts being full aware and grateful of this amazing life. Backing it up again with a fire flowing episode we talk about how different obstacles that come way in your life is a lesson for you to grow through, the fear of failure and how eating clean foods can give you a clear mind. Shifting your mind state is key and learning to build healthy habits/routine to keep you always in a 8/10 mindset and if you drop below a 6 you have your OWN WAY to climb back up to your 8/10. This conversation will relate to certain people depending on what area in their life they want to improve on with so much information to relate too.

This soul filling episode dives deep into the way that YOU have the option to look at EVERY situation in life through a positive portal or a negative portal regardless of the circumstances or your current state.
