Nehemiah, the King’s cupbearer, sees his beloved Jerusalem almost in ruin, and he weeps for his city. Do you mourn for what our nation has become? This season has focused on what is essential and what is not. Millions are out of work and the truth is being debated. But God’s Word remains. The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. We must rebuild this nation, our relationships with Christ and each other, our businesses, our homes. It’s up to us, not the government. We all have work to do. God will supply our needs, but it’s time to get to work!
