We are disconnected from nature and it is having huge consequences. When I went vegan and gave up drugs and alcohol I felt my mind body and soul shift. You have to be open to the change but it’s. It hippy bullshit. Mother Earth and our intrinsic connection has been lost Over the years. We need to reconnect and be conscious about the way we live. Living out of sync with nature will prove to be our biggest mistake, this virus is just the start.

In 2009 I left my life in England totally. I subsequently spent years travelling and ended up a totally different person through my experiences. Here, I talk about this and how it happened. I want to express how I feel opening ones self up to experience broadens your inner self and awareness. It changed me totally and is the reason I am able to use my consciousness effectively 🙏🏻
