And now they are coming back to Asheville for one show this weekend. We should probably talk about an issue that is sitting right in front of us. There is no labor shortage, not in the traditional sense. There is a shortage of people willing to work in - or for - traditional business models. The change isn't just about increasing wages (although that is important), it's also about changing the employer/employee relationship and culture. Just thinking out loud... THOUGHTS?
