After another wee break we're back to full strength this week with reviews of The Social Network, Piranha, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Get Him to the Greek, The Town, Winter's Bone, Jonah Hex and Despicable Me. It's tiring me out just typing all that.

Which is something that can be said pretty much about every teaser we see for the first time this week, from Green Lantern to Duncan Joneses Source Code, to Red Riding Hood of all things by twilight director Catherine Hardwicke. We also discuss why Billy Bob Thornton thinks Hollywood is making bad movies and Blade going to jail. All this plus reviews of Unstoppable, Rapunzel/Tangled, Skyline and BBC TV's Sherlock. It's a packed show.

..and we are back. Sorry about the little break. We were down for..maintenance.Yeah that's it. Maintentnce. Hmmm. After that short break however we've built up quite a bit of news for you on the latest Muppet movie, our take on the first pics of the Tintin movie and loads of casting rumours along with reviews of Will Ferrel and Tiny Fey in Dreamworks Megamind as well as Luc Besson's latest Adele: Rise of the Mummy

It was said on this very cast, many, many moons ago that Ryan Reynolds would one day live up to Bobbie De Niro's acting standard and judging by the review of Buried by Gavin and guest reviewer the Beauty Queen from Mars, that day may just have come. So while they review a movie with just one actor on screen for the whole piece, Iain reviews RED, the oldie actioner with an overabundance of talent with Bruce Willis, Morgan Freemen , Helen Mirren John Malkovich and Richard Dreyfus all turning up. For what we thought you'll have to listen to the cast. Until next time.

An eclectic mix we have for you this week with reviews of surreal animated toy feature A Town Called Panic, morose Viking Epic Valhalla Rising and Irish crime drama Perrier's Bounty. All this and the usual news from around the movie world.

Wow who'd a thunk it, Zack Snyder, slow mo king of 300 and watchmen fame is going to direct Chris Nolan's Superman. Consider our minds blown. Along with out reaction to this news this week we review Centurion, The legend of the Guardians The Owls of Ga'hoole,A solitary Man, Batman under the red hood and Justice League Crisis ohttp://www.mcyapandfries.com/casts/mcyapandfries23092010.mp3n two earths

This week's show could contain the weirdest, most confusing review we have either done. Let us know which one you think it is, as we take a look at The Other Guys and Wall Street 2 : money never sleeps along with a mini Halo Reach review.http://www.mcyapandfries.com/casts/mcyapandfries23092010.mp3

This week Gavin and Iain discuss their reactions to the leaked online Captain America costume pictures as well as the first pictures of January Jones as Emma Frost in X-men first class. We also talk creepy Nick Cage and what he'd give a watch for, as well as reviewing David Duchovny and Demi Moore starring The Joneses, British terrorism comedy Four Lions, and Gavin explains the reasons why he loves Aussie western The Proposition (an Austern?)

The Autumn comedown after the Summer blockbuster season really bites hard this week as we turn an eye towards TV news for a while, with news of a "Sandman" tv show coming our way Also this week's reviews feature Prince Of Persia and Avatar:Special Edition
