The KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (11-4) – who clinched their sixth-consecutive AFC West division title – have a winning record in each of their nine seasons under head coach ANDY REID, including at least 12 wins in each of the previous three seasons.

The NFC North champion GREEN BAY PACKERS are the only team to have reserved a playoff berth with three weeks to play, marking the first time since 1993 that the NFL has entered a Week 16 with only one team guaranteed a postseason spot.

The TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (10-3) enter Week 15 tied for the best record in the league and seek back-to-back 11-win seasons for the first time in franchise history. With a win against New Orleans on Sunday Night Football (8:20 PM ET, NBC), Tampa Bay will also clinch its first NFC South division title since 2007.

Every AFC team has at least four losses. The last time either conference entered Week 14 with every team having lost four-or-more games was 2002 in the AFC.

In the NFC, WASHINGTON (6-6) and SAN FRANCISCO (6-6) hold the final two playoff berths but five teams behind them are within one game.

The PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (5-7) have won all 11 games they’ve played against the NEW YORK JETS (3-8), their opponent at MetLife Stadium on Sunday (1:00 PM ET, CBS). Meanwhile, the KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (7-4) have defeated the DENVER BRONCOS (6-5) in 11 consecutive games, prior to their Sunday Night Football matchup at Arrowhead Stadium (8:20 PM ET, NBC).

Week 12 features two AFC North matchups, as the PITTSBURGH STEELERS (5-4-1) travel to play the CINCINNATI BENGALS (6-4) at Paul Brown Stadium (1:00 PM ET, CBS) and the BALTIMORE RAVENS (7-3) host the CLEVELAND BROWNS (6-5) on Sunday Night Football (8:20 PM ET, NBC).

When the teams meet at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday (4:25 PM ET, FOX), it will mark the sixth-most combined total yards per game between opposing teams in a matchup entering Week 11 or later since 1950.

It marked the fifth-highest single-game rating by a rookie quarterback in the Super Bowl era (minimum 20 attempts).
