Jesus brought in a new kind of Sabbath through the New Covenant. Today we learn how Jesus wants us to experience his rest.

Today we take a prayer walk with Danielle Strickland and learn some practical ways to pray and be present with Jesus.

We need to be reminded that we have been chosen by God and are dearly loved by him. We learn some practices to remind ourselves of our identity in Jesus and how to increase the fruit of the Spirit in our lives.

We learn to meditate on the beatitudes and are invited to let the teaching of Jesus sink into our hearts and minds.
