We talked about her Dream Body business, her Dream Life Program, and how she specializes in helping women reach their health and fitness goals in a way that is aligned with our highest and best version of ourselves.

One of the things I love so much about Jaime is she's not just a weight loss coach, and she doesn't just help people gain muscle and lose weight, but she helps them align energetically with their ultimate goals.

So when they do lose the weight, when they do get to the perfect place for their body, they stay that way because they're emotionally and energetically aligned with the next version of themselves. You guys are going to love this podcast.

#033 - This week on the Meg Rock Show, I was able to sit down with Jodi Nelson. We talked about her spiritual journey and how she was able to start reading the database of a soul.

Her gift has allowed her to build a career around helping people learn their soul origin and its divine gifts. Jodi says that most of our soul's journey is to remember who we are and why we are here.

She helps others live their God-given divinity in their life by accessing what more and more people are having access to, the Akashic Records, the database where all soul journeys are stored. Fascinating interview!

#032 - In this episode, I share how crystals are far from evil. They are holy.

They were created in the image of our amazing God to amplify the healing energy of this beautiful planet we happen to call home.

Have you ever felt the healing power of being in nature? Like feeling cleansed by the ocean or invigorated by a hike in the mountains?

Well, just like being in awe of the majesty of the Grand Canyon, holding crystals in your hand and looking at their brilliance can also bring you healing.

I use crystals in my prayer and meditations, and so have many other religions and cultures for thousands and thousands of years. Crystals are even used as stones of protection in the Bible. If I hear one more person say they are evil… I am going LOL.

#031 - This week on the Meg Rock Show, I was able to sit down with Elizabeth Frazier. Elizabeth is a sex trafficking survivor and the CEO of Hero Bands. 

Elizabeth is one of the most inspirational people I've ever gotten to know in my life. Listening to her story of being sex trafficked was really hard to hear, but as she says... you can’t un-hear things once you have heard them and they change you. To make a change we must be willing to hear the hard things. 

Elizabeth’s earliest memory of being involved in sex trafficking was when she was four years old when she was dropped off at a hotel.

#030 - In the episode, I share how losing my religion gave me such a deeper relationship with Yeshua (Jesus).

After years of frustration and not feeling like my God could fit in ANY box… I learned that God didn’t have to fit in a box.

Belief is different than knowing. Belief is what you have been taught and programmed to believe. Knowing is soul-given. My souls knowing of religion was that it never felt inclusive.

As much love as man tries to infuse into religion is still felt divisive. The God I know is inclusive. My Jesus came for all of humanity, not for religion.
