Anna's story and her creation, Spread Goodness Day, serve as powerful reminders of the transformational power of choosing positivity and community engagement.

Through her initiative, Anna Dravland invites everyone to be part of a global experiment in positivity. By celebrating and encouraging acts of goodness, Spread Goodness Day taps into the transformative power of collective action. Occurring on the second Friday of March each year, this day aims to be a 'Valentine's Day of goodness.' It's a day for people to deliberately engage in acts that bring joy and support to others, effectively acting as a catalyst for a broader cultural shift towards empathy and community.

Anna’s journey demonstrates how personal adversity can serve as fertile ground for hope and communal growth. Despite her severe health challenges, she has made it her mission to turn her trials into opportunities for others to realize their potential impact. Anna’s resilience underscores a vital lesson: while we cannot always control the darkness that enters our lives, we can choose to illuminate it with our own light.

Research supports the idea that kindness is contagious, much like a beneficial virus.
