Welcome to Ep. 1 of “(The Menstrual Cycle) In My Body”! My first guest is Alyssa Martin. Alyssa (she/her) is a certified corrective exercise specialist based in Washington and a graduate from the Moon Cycle Sanctuary “Menstrual Cycle Foundations Course”.

In this follow up interview with Alyssa, we talk about her journey through physical and mental health challenges, including years of chronic pain and extreme pain around her periods, and how her understanding of, and connection to, her menstrual cycle helped guide her back into her fullest and healthiest self.
