This Psych Up focused on the mental game! It explores the skills that are critical to be built to be as successful as we are capable of becoming in the pursuits that are meaningful to us. The importance of attitude, motivation levels, specific goals and commitment to these goals and our interpersonal skills are discussed. It's stressed that we must learn from both our successes and failures and we should pursue excellence not perfection.
