Ryan Ruffells - Let's Talk About It
One of Australia's most talented golfers, Ruff has worked with Jamie for several years.
Having turned pro and moved to the US at such a young age it is easy to overlook all that Ryan has achieved, the fact is at only 26 years old there is still so much ahead for the young man who plays out of Isleworth Country Club in Florida
In this episode, we dive into where Ryan is at, right now, both from a competitive standpoint, future tournament play and his golf-related creative pursuits. This includes his growing YouTube Account. ( Link Below)
It is an open and honest chat and Ryan gives a great account of many aspects of his golf and pursuits both on and off the course.

Daniel Crawford has been one of the original Mental Mastery team members.
Active in our former membership site and Facebook group. Daniel attributes much of his improved golf enjoyment to the lessons learned in the journey.
This year when Daniel won his club championship, he identified that there were still some areas of opportunity to hone his mental game under pressure.
Giving simple shots back after birdies and being under par ( or maybe under your handicap ) sound familiar.
So we thought we would grap Daniel for an episode of let's talk, learn about his journey and discuss what is happening in those important moments on course.
Dan Mawdsley is one of the most talented Tattoo artists in Melbourne if not Australia. Humble, respectful, articulate professional and extremely passionate about the game of golf.
Dan elected to come onto the podcast and share his golf journey.
We cover a heap of ground with Dan and send him on his way with some homework to put into place of the golf course and the range.
Of particular focus. We discuss
This week on Let's Talk About It Jamie and Ross catch up with long-time Mental Mastery Podcast listener Alicia English from Far North Queensland.
It was fantastic for Alicia to reach out and want to share her journey with us for the benefit of the podcast.
This episode will resonate with many of us who become obsessed with golf and our golf performance.
We Appreciate Alicia's willingness to share and we are confident there are more than a couple of takeaways for many of us listening.

Let's Talk About It - Peter Bradbeer
In this episode, we chat with US-based tour professional Peter Bradbeer.
A golf pro in his third year playing professionally, Peter reached out to Jamie via their mutual connections and we felt that the discussion around some of Peter's challenges in establishing his career would make a great Let's Talk About It episode.
In the episode, we chat about Peter's relationship with acceptance of pressure situations, dealing with the expectations of those you care about, and the power of "the freedom to fail".
Another powerful and insightful chat from a real-life golfer dealing with real-life golf-related mental performance challenges.
