If you’re worried about money, you’re not alone. Many of us, from all over the world and from all walks of life, are having to deal with financial stress and uncertainty at this difficult time. Whether your problems stem from a loss of work, escalating debt, unexpected expenses, or a combination of factors, financial worry is one of the most common stressors in modern life.

Life is full of uncertainty, both good and bad. Maybe you’re hopeful that a big meeting with your boss will convert into a raise. Or Maybe you're going crazy because your partner sent you that “I need to talk to you about something text”. In either case, you won’t know where you stand until it actually happens. And in the meantime, you’ll have to deal with that uncertainty–something some people do better than others.

Being different is hard. But that doesn’t mean that there isn’t an upside to standing out. While it’s always wonderful to have a group of supportive friends and allies, having a distinct personality makes you special, wonderful, and dare I say memorable. 

Do you find yourself dwelling on negative thoughts about yourself. Repeatedly putting yourself down, criticizing yourself, comparing yourself to other people you think are perfect? When you make a mistake, do you think it’s absolutely awful, that anyone else would have done a better job, and that it's an example of some permanent flaw you have? If so, then, like many people, you are often your own worst enemy, negating everything you do and blowing things up as if your mistakes are the worst that anyone can imagine.

Personal Growth is a never-ending journey. Our areas of improvement are largely formed by the people around us since we are young.

As we mature, we have a greater sense of self-awareness and can actively take actions to improve ourselves.

Areas of your life that you can improve are your professional career, relationship, emotional and physical health and well-being. You can concentrate on improving either a single aspect or all of them in one go.

Having a well-defined personal growth plan can help us identify goals, acquire skills and develop habits in any area of our life.

Honestly, This episode is short and just me rambling about how the holiday effects me. This episode is to thank everyone who gets me through it and is a message to everyone who deals with seasonal depression that....YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT TOO! 

“Smiling depression” is a term for someone living with depression on the inside while appearing perfectly happy or content on the outside. Their public life is usually one that’s “put together,” maybe even what some would call normal or perfect.

Most people hide thier depression for many reasons but here is why we need to do a better job at opening the conversation for people to not have to hide behind their smile.

Are you overthinking about a situation or is that your intuition telling somthing important about said situation?

We can confuse the two because it seems like both are the same and we dont know which one is really happening at the moment.

So how can we figure out which one is which? How can we learn when to stop overthinking and learn how and when to listen to that gut feeling?

Most people won’t be shocked after hearing about your fear of heights or spiders. However, if you were to say aloud “Happiness scares me,” you’d get an immediate reaction of hands flying to cover mouths in astonishment. The truth is, joyful things can be just as frightening as those that go bump in the night. If being happy scares you, you could be limiting yourself from living out your true purpose and potential. 

So why do we fear happiness and what can we do to over come this fear?

Regardless of your fame, fortune, or abilities, life is filled with difficulties.

You get to choose how you will react to those difficulties though.

Learning to deal with them in healthy, productive ways results in personal growth and peace of mind.
