Your Destination Is Only Limited by How Big You Dream
This week on The Mentor & Mentee Blueprint Podcast, I sat down with Patrick Delisser, President of Omni Worldwide Productions.
Patrick and his brother Gavin started Omni Worldwide together. We featured Gavin in a previous episode, and now it was time to hear Patrick's story.
What struck me most was how Patrick described what Omni Worldwide really does. Yes, they handle production, branding, and marketing. But the real work is storytelling through visuals, capturing the culture and essence of moments so powerfully that people feel like they're in the room, experiencing it live. When visuals transport people into the present, even if the event happened in the past, that's when you create a truly immersive experience.
The proof is in their partnerships with brands like Kodak, AT&T, Revolt, Vice, The Breakfast Club, and National Sales Network. These are brands they grew up using and admiring, and it all started from a vision.
Patrick also shared how mentorship transformed him. He talked about removing ego, accepting his truth, and focusing on the personal and professional steps needed to reach his goals. He emphasized that growth requires honesty with yourself first.
One piece of advice he gives young creatives:
Don't waste your youthful energy. Your formative years are when you have the most vigor and fearlessness. When you have less to lose, you can take the biggest swings. That window doesn't last forever.
