Very much of the opinion that you don't really have time to think about hope to 'cope' and rather just roll your sleeves up and graft, he reflects with us on how his parents have really left an imprint on his way of working. He lets us in on how he operates and his reflection on how his actions are often 'motivated by fear', FOMO is real. Emerging on the other side of many challenges over the years he talks about how he aims to find solutions or minimise problems when they arise. On mentorship he explains the value of focussing on what the person you are supporting wants, not on your own agenda as well as learning when to say 'No'.
