Empty book, loss of time & money!
What a loss of time! This book is the most information empty guide I've ever read. Filled with terrible clichés about how to open a restaurant. I spent more time writing this review than reading the book (just exaggerating a tad).
Save your time...it's not worth it!
This book wasn't worth opening up.
