In the poorest regions of Madagascar, eating once a day is a luxury. Lack of nutrition and healthcare provides a perfect environment for an enemy called noma.

Our hospital ship includes an accredited Academy for crew children. Volunteer teacher Gretchen Bullock felt God also wanted her to teach English to some of the patients.
