Cross Scott is a mechanic in Tucson, Arizona. He was test-driving a customer’s car when he saw a car was on the side of the road with its hazard lights on.

Celena Parker grew up in Denver in a family characterized by abuse and addiction. When she was 12 years old, she ran away and lived on the streets. 

Eighteen-year-old Assiatou had been sold at the age of 11 and gave birth to a stillborn baby at age 14.

Aisling Russell is a talented physiotherapist who serves onboard our hospital ship, the Africa Mercy.

Melody Warnick was approaching her 37th birthday and chose a new way to celebrate. She decided to do 17 acts of kindness, since her birthday was on July 17th.
