Self control is very important and if you’re upset maybe you just have to do the work that’s needed to be done with a good attitude even if you do not like it! Use prayer and exercise to help release the stress so your attitude can be of good cheer. Keep sharing this with our young people and enjoy the rest of your week. Blessings
