I'm genuinely thrilled to present today's episode because it resonates with me on such a deep ass level. Growing up, I had the privilege of participating in sports, particularly Tennis, which I wholeheartedly embraced. During the summer months in Cleveland, I dedicated myself to honing my skills and refining my craft. Often being the only black male on the courts, I had to be even more intentional in growing my craft! The spotlight was on me!

A few weeks ago, I began viewing coaching through the same lens—an endeavor where intentional practice is paramount. It's a continuous effort that demands our dedication.

It's incredibly surreal to think about! This is precisely why I'm so passionate about fighting against book bans. I'm certain that many of my coachees' stories would face the same fate! We have two exciting updates to share with you! First, we're thrilled to announce the launch of our 4th Quarter Coach Series. Over the course of 10 days, we'll be providing valuable coaching tips to help you make the most of the fourth quarter.

And that's not all—on October 10th, the final day of the series, we have a major announcement to reveal!

In today's episode, we're delving into the concept of being a "franchise coach." This term, coined in our Messy Roots courses, is now being unveiled to the public for the first time!

 Similar to a franchise player, a franchise coach is regarded as an individual who serves as the cornerstone in their field and the coaching community. They are continuously advancing and refining their coaching skills to benefit the communities they serve. A Franchise Coach embodies the mindset of perpetual growth.

Over the next 10 days, I am going to share what it means to be a franchise coach. Let's get it!
