Max Tang is a queer Chinese American writer, speaker, and digital educator on self-love and trauma recovery for folks with intersectional identities. As a survivor of spiritual abuse, religious homophobia, ableism, and more, Max's eyes were first opened to the importance of intersectional trauma recovery at age 19, when she left her Chinese American fundamentalist church, came out to her immigrant parents, and began recovering from Situational Mutism... all around the same time! Now, through her blog and Instagram page, @maxgetscurious, she creates content that encourages fellow survivors of racial, queer, spiritual, and ableist traumas to heal and reclaim the kaleidoscopic goodness of who they are.
