We all get the blues from time to time, and some of us need professional help — but who among us can help their fellow man with good guidance and advice? I believe I can.

It's arrogant of me, but I wouldn't want anybody feeling the same way to think they are alone.

My message is simple.

Sometimes, we have to look at our ingrained ideas and uproot those that don't serve a purpose.

Sometimes, those ideas we look at as evil, are actually tools we can use in our favor.
