Sexual assault is very serious, and being a victim of it myself a couple of times, I know firsthand what’s it’s like to deal with. False accusations can make it more difficult for actual victims to seek justice. Today I examine how come academic institutions allow for a false accusation to easily occur. If you are falsely accused at a college of sexual assault, you may be defenseless at the university tribunal. How? Listen to the episode to find out!
